Synthetic with 0.8 inches thick

The saddle pad is made with a mix synthetic felt. It is wool mixed with cotton and nylon. 
Inside of the pad there is a gel (reverse pressure technology) that helps to remove the the pressure on the back of the horse. 
Underneath comes with a thin layer of wool.
